Lookup Tables are BlueChromis forms that let you review or edit dynamic lists of data that BlueChromis uses for autocomplete.

 

Dynamic lists are those that you can edit or add to. An example of a dynamic list is Vendors. Every time you type a new Vendor in the Purchased From column of the Equipment Register or Species Register, it is automatically added to the Vendors Lookup Table. The new Vendor will appear in the dropdown list for the Purchased From column, and is then available for autocomplete the next time you type a Vendor.

 

BlueChromis also uses Static lists for autocomplete. An example of a Static list is aquarium shapes. Static lists are defined by BlueChromis. They can not be edited.
